It has to be informed that aforesaid phone is out of order for last more than 10 days despite of repeated complaints.
It appears that once the phone goes out of order, then there is no system in BSNL NOIDA Department to restore the same in short period despite of many complaints by the consumer. There is nobody to take care of the pain to which the consumer is being subjected due to negligence of concerned persons. It appears in this age of highly speedy communication system, the Department has still been tuned to conventional and old system of restoring phone.
Although my phone remained out of order for the period of more than 10 days and earlier also, but no rebate was given while billing.
Even I did not get any reply to my e-mail sent earlier.
So you may take action so that the phone No. 2580100 is rectified and rebate be given in the next bill, such rebate should have been given automatically. As the rebate was not given in the earlier bill, so it amounts to deficiency of service on the part of your department. Even I suffered much when the phone went out of order. The direction is very much necessary to be given to the billing/ Commercial Deptt. not to charge for the period in which the aforesaid phone connection was lying out of order.
I hereby make the request to see that the phone No. 2580100 is rectified at the earliest and give necessary direction today itself to account section to give the rebate (when the phone is out of order) in the next bill of the aforesaid phone.
