I am son of Mr. Digamber M Patil, I requested for transfer of my gas connection on 31 Marchfrom Jabalpur to Nashik on behalf of my father as a authorised signatory. I returned 2 gas cylinders on 30 March in Dhanwantri nagar godown Jabalpur. I was told to come on 31 March. When I reached there I was given consumer copy of Transfer voucher No.058 . 4729815 for my supplementary cylinder. But I was not given the distributer copy of this voucher. On the other hand he gave me distributer copy of Main cylinder transfer voucher T.V.No. 058. Receipt No 4729816 but didn't give me consumer copy of the same.
When I reached Nashik with this two papers I was asked to submit comsumer copy of voucher No058 Receipt 4729816.and Distributer copy of T.V.058 receipt No.4729815.
I am very much disappointed by the poor services provided by Achyut gas Agency. Now I am in Nashik and it is very much difficult to go Jabalpur moreover the staff of Achyut Gas is not at all cooperative and treat customers in arrogant manner. Kindly, guide me to find out a solution on this problem and make the concerned firm realize the harrassment and tension their negligence causes to the customers. The above gas company is the distributer of Bharat Gas.and the concerned sales Representative of the company is Mr. Vipul Shrivastav.
