I purchased a Nokia 5235 touch screen mobile and its has a problem when i purchased but am not cared about that problem that is phone is restarting automatically when i observed than i taken to the nokia care customer and he will updated the nokia software and given and next day the phone will be restarted like that i repated 4times in that 4times one time the nokia care will putted new touch screen because when i touch the phone the application will not opening that's why he will replace the touch and next time also the phone will restarting and we strictly asked that what is the problem than nokia care said that in the phone where is a problem and we will sent the phone to head office and we will solve the problem after 16days phone returned but the problem was not solved and i don't have time that's why i will not given to the nokia care and the problem was not solved i don't no what to do and i searched the customer care number in internet and talked and once again i will send to the nokia care and next time i will put the case in a consumer court if the problem was not solved than we will put the case in consumer court
