No service given after money taken

I have Design studio in bhandup name Mesial Art Design Studio, I had signed a contract with recruitment company named United Recruitment & Marketing Consultants in ghatkopar on 22 june..since after they have taken the money of 4500 for a year service package, they are not providing us proper service . they are even on pick uping our calls . after repeated complaint to that company head, there is no kind of response from their side. they are even not giving us money back .therefore I request you to take proper measures against them. And help us against such fraud compannies . awaiting for your reply.
