This is regarding my courier which i have sent from On dot courier services on 07/07 from pune to nagpur consignment number :- 427685977, they commited that this will be deliverd after 48 hours, but its been 10 days the courier is not been delivered, Kindly take a immidiate action on this company, this company is fraud. It is really horrifying about the service of On Dot courier. There service is very poor and if you want to get the status of your consignment by customer care, there executives acts so lazy and irresponsible. Their efforts were really pathetic. They never bother to update you via email or telephone about your complain. If you call them they just give you false commitment and again the story will be remaining same. Mr. CEO of On Dot, These blogs should be a eye opener for you and your organization. If you are not able to give prompt service in this cutting throat competition then you will not survive here. Please think about your drawbacks and try to correct them.
