Payment not refunded after failed recharge

Hi,

I recharged my mobile phone no.9555304740 (Vodafone Postpaid) on 11th March twice which was failed. The Amount that was deducted was of Rs 496 (Order Id :- R25171110311) and Rs 496 (Order Id :- R24922110311) from my HDFC Bank account

I contacted rechargeitnow team on their email address ([email protected]) but still no resolution is provided.

Kindly look into it.
