Resp Madam/Sir,
Would like to bring to your kind notice that i have worked with Pantaloon Retail India Ltd at Ahmedabad, Gujarat in the year 2003 - 2008 and at the time of leaving i had filled all the required forms for my PF amount to be credited in my ICICI A/C but have still not got any response.
I have several times also visited the HR dept of A'bad but no positive response.
I kindly request you to help me get my money of PF credited in my A/C details given as under.
