"The great Indian Shopping Festival 17.04.10 to 16.05.10" - I had shopped for more than Rs -and was eligible for free gift of 6 Glass & 6 Bowls set worth Rs 211/-(MRP) for payment of Rs 39/-. Instead I was offered and had to receive a coffee mug set worth Rs 150/- (MRP) against payment of the same Rs 39/-. The customer service replied that since the assured gift was out of stock they do not have any alternative. They should have charged less than Rs 39/- as the MRP is less or they could have given seven days time to bring the original assured gift. I am ready to exchange the coffee mug set with the glass & bowl set. Your response to this is awaited.
