Dear Sir,
On 14April I purchased one personalised gift i.e. a coffee mug with my family photo printed. They charged me Rs. 300 for it, to my horror when I opened packaging instead found a plain white mug with no pictures printed. I work & live in Singapore, inspite of my repeated calls they never promise to sent me my cup to my pune address. Please let me know & finally a person named Mr. Sampat picked phone asked me to go & complain to whoever I can or lodge an FIR as he doesn`t care of it.
