I Mr. Arpeet Dey went to give my Woodland Sandal for repairing on 6th July. The sale representative checked the condition of my sandal which is of green colour and made a receipt for the same and informed me that the sandal will be repaired and will become as good as new and I will be charged 250 Rs. and the sandal will be ready by 4-5 working days. On 11th July I called up the store and enquired about my sandal, they replied that its still not ready and it will be ready by tomorow. Then everyday I kept on calling the store and everyday they kept saying the same thing that its not being ready. Then finally on 16th july I visited the store to check for the progress of my sandal and I got the shock of my life. The sale representative brought my repaired sandal but the base of the sandal changed to Light brown colour and the top remained the same to green colour. When I Complained about this the store manager said that these is the colour which they always use for repairing. I protested that I wasnt informed about it when i had given my sandal for repairing and how am I suppose to wear this dual colour sandal. The manager then calmed me and said that they will do the needfull and change the colour back to green and give me my sandal on 20th July. But today is 21st July and I havnt received any call from the store.

Please save me from the ordeal and stress and get me back my sandal as it was before.
