Ordered a two toned mug, order no. 115253-28473 and the payment was made in advance. The order was given on 24th dec and the dispatch was suppose to be by 26th dec. But its been 7 days passed that and no dispatch email or any kind of confirmation has been sent. The customer care lady always makes some kind of excuse for the delay. They have ruined a new years gift due to this service of theirs. Please help me...
