Sir, my mobile number is 9030535337, on 3/1 my balance 25 rupees deducted for caller tunes with out any permission from me, later i complained to customer care, i got my balance back, but after one hour again 10 rupees deducted for some jokes.. when i asked customer they are saying that you only activated that and the balance will not be returned, but i didn't activated that... pls take relevant action on them and to make my money return... thank you...
