When I was moving my house hold belongings from Delhi to Bangalore, I was promised the world by Agarwal Packers & Movers. Safe boxes, professional services, 'closed container mobile homes', etc, etc.
When my goods arrived in Bangalore it were in an open tempo with my stuff all thrown in. A lot of my expensive furniture broken and electrical/ electronic items not working.
When I have complained I met with a bad attitude and a lack of responsibility to fix and replace the damaged items.
Extremely poor service which is not in line with what is promised and then worst attitude when the problem is reported to them.
