I have been trying Since Sept. 2009 to Change my Existing Plan to Some other Plan with Same Mobile Number. But Due to lack of attentive service from Airtel i am unable to do so and always being directed to some new Representative leading to further Delay and Confusion in service.
My Existing Plan is very costly due to which i have to pay heavy Bills. I have even register several Complaints regarding the same but of no Use. This leads to an Uneven Increase in my Phone Bills hence leading to Disconnection of my Phone Service without any prior Information to me.
I want an explaination to sudden disconnection of my mobile number and desire to solve the issue ASAP.
