Dear sir/madam,
Our Airtel fixed line number 011-41069569, Account no.-10794340. Addressed at
54/4C Rama Road. New delhi is being disconnected from your side from the date
january 17 to till date (19 january.
We are continuously getting call from your representatives regarding the
payment dues but we had already paid our last outstanding BILL at your KIRTI
NAGAR AIRTEL CENTER with the receipt number CC10138333M, Dated- JANUARY 15 .
Your representatives are telling us that they could not get the updates
regarding our last payment. Yesterday (18.1.2011) when we approach to KIRTI
NAGAR CENTER they told us regarding the database problem in customer
identification that is according to them our fixed phone present in their
database as 011-51069569 instead of 011-41069569.
Due to the Airtel¿s negligency and inappropriate database we are suffering a
lot right from last 3months to till date. We have lost several calls between
17.01.2011 to till date of our clients due to your internal database problems.
Moreover to it how could you disconnect our telephone line without a prior
notice.
WE NEED A FULL CLARIFICATION IN THIS REGARD FROM AIRTEL AND TELL US WHO IS
GOING TO COMPENSATE FOR OUR BUSINESS LOSS DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENT BEHAVOIUR.!!
