It has become too slow that you can not perform any task

I have purchased HP laptop DV 2000 - 2701TU from HP Authorised Delear in NOIDA on 9th FEB and since than this lap top is working So Slow that you cant perform any task on same.

Pls depute any of your service engineer to resolve my issue.
