Sir, there is a shop in KHAMLA, which all the time charges extra Rs.1 or Rs.2 on each recharge of whatever it is. Being an airtel user the shopkeeper all the time charges the extra amount. Why it is so? Even for cold drinks they charge extra Rs.2 - Rs.3
