Ooster pack cheating

I have opted for 225 booster in airtel, It gives you 10 ps airtel local and local.national sms free. I activated the booster during february, for one month i was sending msg to other state using booster, but suddenly one day the msg is costing 1.50, even booster also not over. I called customer care, they are telling that the booster covers only airtel numbers, other numbers it will cost 1.50, but i dono how they instantly change plans without intimating . this is not the correct way how a well developed company behaves. it looks like they want to cheat us
