All Needs
Not giving items which comes free (in discount) with the product

Hi,

There is a store called "All Needs" at Swasthya Vihar, Preet Vihar, Delhi -92. I bought Bourn vita lil' champs, 500 kg on 9th April 10. Comapny is giving 1 colouring book 1 crayon box free with this pack, that they have mentioned on the jar also but the store they didn't gave that, next day I spoke to them & then they gave me only a colouring book but not crayons box & when I requested for the same one of their executive spoke very rudely & said " yehi aaya hai company se aur kuch nahi hai". This is really rediculous to not to give the items what the company is providing actually for the customer. They must be using those items personally or mighting selling. This is not a matter of only 1 crayon box, which costs max RS 10 but it is a matter of customers right. If the comapany is providing any free item then the retailer should give that thing to the consumer.

So, I am requesting please take the serious action against this store otherwise this will become a regular activity of these people.
