I'm having Post Office Recurring Deposit in the vadapalani branch since 23rd dec. Every time i go there is some or other problem. This time, My mother-in-law, have paid Rs.1500 (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) in my account. But while entering the current balance in the cash book, the concern cashier have entered only Rs.500 (Rupees Five Hundred Only) - i.e., previous balance was Rs.60, 000 (Rupees Sixty Thousand Only), now i have paid Rs.1, 500 (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only). Then the total should be Rs.61, 500 (Rupees Sixty One Thousand Five Hundred Only), but they have entered only Rs.60, 500 (Rupees Sixty Thousand Five Hundred Only). This kind of problem is not for the first time. This is frequently happening. They are totally not focussing on customer service. And at times they use abusive languages too. We don't want them to give us any red carpet welcome. but atleast they should do their responsibilities in the proper manner. kindly ensure the proper service, safety and security for our hard-earned money.
