Lost and damage of lauggage

Hello sir,

I had booked my household items by this movers and packers after getting in contact with him from sulekha.com.. i Had booked 29 itmes from the Gondia Maharshtra to deliver the items to Charkop kandivali mumbai maharashtra. After booking the items he has deliver the lagguage not on time and not only that but he has damaged the various items including fridge, furniture and all that.. There are also lost of few lauggages which i had pointed out but they are now not receving the calls or responding by any how.. the lost and damage lagguage cost around Rs. 10000/- i had insured also my product by Rs. 50000/-. and i want now the compensation and to punish the packers and movers company... Please do the need ful...
