Amron battery
No response of complaint

I have purchased a amron shield180 invertor battery sr.no.2206299736629, maintanance free, on 23/09. but this is not working from last1 month. When I complained on 31/12, one person sandeep came and added some battery water and told now it will be ok after some time. but it is not working yet. When I complained it again on10/01 vide complait no.38335. there was no response till date. Please replace the faulty batttey.
