False promise for providing maid and taken advance

I got robbed from a so called placement service provider for maids. he bought one maid and i paid him 13800/- as advance.but the maid ran away in 2 hrs. now these folks are not picking their phone... their all 4 mobile phones are switched off.the name of the fraud co. is ANJALI PALCEMENT MAID BUREAU, ADDRESS IS 553 CHIRAG DELHI, NEAR SIV MANDIR DELHI-17 .PHONE NO IS 9891088613, 9990919833, 8860439006 & 9654190269.
