I have purchased a brand new Tennis Racket – Babolat LTR Conact Tour for a Net Value of Rs. 3040.00 on 07/04. The frame of above racket was broken while playing in Yash Tennis Academy on 15/05. The matter was reported to the Dealer M/s. National Fighter Sports, M-3, Anmol Shopping Centre, Near Sargam Shopping Centre, Parle Point, Surat 395007, Phone 2255187/300773 on 15.5.2012. However, our problem was not addressed. As per the warranty, the damaged racket to be replaced with a new one case of damage.
You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter and do the needful so that I can get my tennis racket replaced at the earliest.
