I took airtel digitel Tv connection on 2nd august. THe package included free dish antenna and a set top box. But they refused to install dish antenna as there was a coomon dish antenna in the tower i was living in and promised to install the same for free if I move to another place. Now after one year i am asking them to install the dish for which was eligible at the time of taking connection, they are simply refusing.
over that despite of paying them for full one year they have stopped services. for 6 hrs I talked to their different customer care executives. each one has different stuff to tell, I feel severely cheated by airtel. now for their fault also they are sending technicians to whom we have to pay. this is pathetic. May be i am not able to express myself properly here. but strongly suggest people never go for any of the airtel services. it is very true that i as a customer am helpless.
when i moved in this apartment complex where i am currently, airtel had a monopoly, we were not allowed to take any other dish tv service from any other company.
