BULLSHIT VODA PHONE SERVICE

I am Arfaz Khan My No is 91-9885040209 from past 6 days i am calling to vodaphone customer caredepartment to rectify my sms problem as well as my incoming calls problem but that customer carepersons are doing time pass with me "one is saying sir there is problem in your hand set & other says sir there is problem from our server & other says sir try to change the hand set & other say sir your problem will solved and it will work in 3 hours & some other says sir ill forward your call to our seniors & about seniors Oooooo my god they don’t have time for costumers to pick any one calls may be they are tooooooooooooooo busy with Girl/Boy friends or may be with wife’s/Husbands. no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

On 25th in morning i have a balance of Rs 26.00 in morning as well as 5500 sms balance but suddenly @ 7:30 what happen i don’t no when i try to make a call to one of my friend the answering mashie reply me you don't have a sufficient balance called to the dilled no i was shocked and i check the balance *145# it shows Rs -91.00 amaze and i make a call to Vodaphone Customer careand speak to miss SRIDAVI she told me sir actually there is problem from our end n the whole balance will be credited in your account in 24 hours so i wait for 48 hours then again i make a call to Vinay he told me to do some tricks with my mobile EX: remove simcard restart after 10 mins, then I ask ca I go for fresh recharge so he told me yes you can go for recharge so I do 110 recharge I get the sms your balance is 94 is credit to your account kindly pay to retailer the I received other sms your current balance is 2.50 and -91 has deducted from your account. But later on that vodaphone cridet 84 rs in my account only where is my remaining 25th balance of RS 26.00 and the other balance of 8:00 rs of 110 recharge??? And when I speak the customer care executives they told me sir v are able to see only yesterdays record so I ask can u tell me the balance of 25th June no sir sorry we don’t have that record then later on she told me the whole details I have recharged on 7th of June Rs.110 & Rs.77 @ 11:00 am n she told me the details but she is unable to provide my details from 25 to 28th July then again I make a cal to C.Care then vinod says replace hand set and try again, then other says sir there is no problem from our side, other says other story and the story is still going on... if there is no problem so why i am not able to recived any calls and why I am not able to send or received sms???

LIST OF PROBLEMS:-

1. I am not able to send sms or received sms from any one from past 6 days.

2. i am not able to received any calls from any no.

3. but i am able to makes all d national/international calls.

so which type of service Vodaphone people providing me i am not able to understand???

i have all the telephone record in my mobile in mp3 and i have spooked near by 12 customer careexectives in 6 days.

I am a very very old costumer of vodaphone from 9 to 10 years i am using this service but i never face the problem like this in my life.
