I am sorry to say about Airtel service for prepaid, which is going on worst day by day.
And the worst part is that the customer service is so bad in terms of professional
Eg: 1. GPRS service has become so pathetic instead of paying Rs.14.99 per day which get deducted without failed
2. Airtels give a commitment of speed of 115 Kbps but the actual speed is only 35 to 40 Kbps any time.
2. CSE disconnects the call immediately when it hits them or hangs in the middle of the conversation.
3. Neither the CSE take any ownership to resolve the problem or revert back with any feedback
4. Wherein there is no supervisor of TL on floor when we want to escalate the problem.
My concern is that if this continues for 1 or 2 years then Airtel brand we no longer exit in the market in any field.
In fact this was the first brand in India with good quality service in terms of network and customer service, which gave name to Airtel and Bharti Sunil Metal, and this was recognized by the people of India, no doubt that bharti was a good player in National and International Long Distance Services.
But we don’t know in today’s world any changes can happen without any warning.
My request is that this feedback shouldn’t go deaf ears, wherein if it’s happen there is nothing we will lose instead Airtel will lose customer, and no doubt we will switch to another service provider
