I have a docomo Sim card. Now i am in roaming area (Punjab). On 22 July at 12:00PM Rs.66 Balance in Cut from my account. I complaint about it and Customer care assistant told me that your balance will be returned to you with in 4 hours. But up to Today my balance is not returned to me. When
I call customer care center 1st time in a day they pick my phone and i tell them my complaint then they tell me to call back again But when i call back they are not pick my phone computer speaking that All Assistants are busy (During Whole Day). Please Solve my problem.
