I had availed Services from Idea Cellular (Prepaid) in Bangalore City on my number 9844415553 . I used there Rs 44/- offer available which entitled me to have daily 100 sms local and national free for 60 days. I had activated this pack on 24th July. On 26th July 19th night around 2 A.M. i had sent total of 77 sms's. Next day morning when i checked my balance it was around Rs 120/- deducted. On enquiring with customer care and other authorities i was told that i had sent more than 100 sms's on that day, the figure they told is of 287 messages.. In my mobile it can be checked that no more than 77 SMS's were sent. At that time there were some network issues and message sending was getting failed. May be they have charged me for failed messages as well. They are not ready to refund the money. Actually my message count was within free limit so my charge should have been zero. The have harrased me by giving excuses on customer care not guiding to any proper refund mechanism and sending from one office to another. I am expecting refund of the amount they deducted.
