Nokia Phone 6270
Irresponsible % careless Nokia Care attitude

I had given my 4 month old Nokia handset/ 6270 to Nokia Care after some compalints as the phone very frequently would hang.

The Nokia care people kept the phone for 20 days and even after returning back, it is not working. Also, they have so carelessly handled the phone that I just cant use it. I have been very loyal to the Nokia Brand but after this incident I am dissapointed. I had plans to purchase to Nokia N 70 but I have dropped that plan. If I could get my current phone replaced, It would have been a great favour for me from the Nokia company in return to there careless attitude.
