Landline out of order for over 6 months

Sir, my landline at 448, 11-C Cross, BEL Layout, III Block, Vidyaranyapura Bangalore 560 097 is out of order for over 6 months. Despite making complaints and paying my phone bills in due time, nobody in the department seems to care.

Would highly appreciate if someone attends as soon as possible.
