Mobile number suspended

Sir,

i m Having 2 airtel numbers with same (9880330715, 9880831010) doc. is same for both numbers.

one no. (9880831010) has been suspended (becoz docmnt was not matching)

MY ANOTHWER NO.(9880330715) IS WORKING... docmnt is same for both numbers...

BUT WHY NOBADY HAS CALLED BEFORE SUSPENDING NUMBER??

FOR BILL PAYMENT they WILL CALL so many times...!! WHY NOT FOR SUPESPENTION???

IT IS VERY MUCH CRITICAL for customer... THESE MEANS they will CARE ONLY MONEY... NOT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION...
