Airtel eaten my balance approx 100 rs without notice

Hi,

my 3 years old lifetime airtel no was 919941360, suddenly it was shut when i charged around 100/rs for net and other call.

I raised a complain here, some body from airtel called me, talked useless.

No body from airtel came up.it seems all the malpractice is their right.

I want my money back.
