I have submitted my beetel Cordless phone at Accel Frontline Services Limited, Bhopal.
Phone model X48 on 21 March which I bought on 23 Feb having battery problem that the "Battery is Dead, cannot power".
Till date I have not received back my set.
All they are saying the service center peoples from last 1 and a half month is that "battery (or may be the whole set) is in transit, we will inform You when we receive it".
I have Contacted on the customer service of Beetel also but got no positive response from them.

WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT FROM BEETEL WHEN THEY CAN'T REPLACE A SINGLE OF BATTERY?
