Regarding adapto

Dear sir,

I bought beetel cordless X62 on 27/2 and on 29th march its adapter stopped working. i called cutomercare and they gave me local beetel service center's number and address.

when i went to that service center, they said "we do not deal in cordless". i asked them what should i do now. Then he called distributor, who gave someone else number and when he called on that number then that person again gave someone else's number.

And finally the last number he got does not working.

The person in service center is also irritated from the beetel company and he want to get rid of it.

I, even sent mail to beetel customer care but they dont even care to reply back.

And when i made call on their customercare they said that i have to give my adaptor for like one month so that they can send it somewhere and get it repaired or replace.

i dont understand why those people are making to so difficult to replace my adaptor.

Now i know that beetel is worthless and awful brand with very poor service.

i'll never go for it again in my life!!!

PLEASE HELP ME!!!
