UNSATISFIED SERVICE:64 sms card not activated

I charged my number 919179359404 with 64 rs message card 3 days back.. but it hasn’t been activated yet..inspite of my repeated complaints.it was told my problem will b solved by 15th but it hasn’t.my complaint reference number is CBNRA30513100957.I am not forced to complain this to u since customer care numbers that is 198 and 121 both are busy since morning and im unable to contact any of this number.im highly unsatisfied with the service of airtel as this problem is being repeated for the 3rd time within a year..being a old user of airtel I don’t want discontinue your service but if all such nuisance continues Ill be forced to change my portability.atleast the customer care should respond properly or whats the use of it…hope my problem will b solved today itself as im facing great inconvenience and won’t b repeated in future.
