Dear Sir / Madam,
myself shweta & my number is 9766934782 & email id [email protected] and i am facing problem with airtel mobile service provider. I am using andriod phone from last 4 months & after that just 2 months ago i realised that from my dedicated balance daily 5 ruppees deduction was carried out by airtel. I communicated this problem many times to customer care representative, they said you have subscibed for videochat application/ ddo application, i never used & subscibed such application any time. The main issue ia that i communicated them that please stop the all services/ application from now onwards, but the same problem is occuring still from last 45 days. I found daily deduction in my account balance. Its complete careless of airtel regarding this matter or either they are unable to resolve this matter. Please help me to recover all my money & help me to resolve this problem. Airtel had not solved he problem in thier given time, their QMS & senior management have to look in this matter. i am airtel user from last 5 yeras but this is really worst thing they had done. As per their customer satisfaction policy they have to give me all money back, i am not asking any compensation.
