Respected Sir,
I Swapnarani Nayak D/o- Duryodhan Nayak of Budhukunia, mahanga salipur, ctc, have purchased an airtel sim having mobile number- 919937790104 on 02-08 and for that i have submitted all the required documents i.e Voter id card xerox copy and my photo, this connection was disconnected after 7days due to what i dont know when i complained to office they once again activated all my services and told wrongly ur services was barred but once again after one month my sim services are barred for what pls explain me? is this type of services airtel is giving to their customers? if this is the matter then please take some necessary actions against this telecom company, if i will not get satisfactory response from airtel within 2 to 3days then i will file and FIR against airtel and proceed to court claim against mt loss, in my family 9 members i.e 9 airtel connections are being used in my family i will instruct all of them including my friends circle to port out to BSNL immediately and airtel will face a great loss in future for this type of activity with his customers.
