To get Configuration File Name and dial number for Internet through dongle (data card), I have been trying for two months. Cost. Care of Airtel is only prerecorded voices and no Cost. Care Executive in link. In other networks Cost, Care is very much alert but the Air tel is 100% passive in it as it does not care interest of its Costumers. T.R.A.I . should take immediate and exemplary action against this sort of monopolized action of Bharati Airtel.
