I AM DAMAYANTI SEN.I USED MY BSNL NO LAT 2 YEARS.MY MOBILE NO IS 9474170159.I HAD COMPLAIN FOR MY WRONG DEDUCTION FROM MY MAIN BALENCE.MY 1ST TIME COMPLAIN NO IS A04WB1245021, NO FEEDBACK.THEN SECOND TIME I COMPLAIN AGAIN IN CUSTOMER CARE FOR MY WRONG DEDUCTION RS 50 RS, MY 2ND COMPLAIN NO IS AO7WB12500527.BUT THE RESULT IS SAME..I WANT THE REASON OF MY WRONG DEDUCTION ..I HAD RECHARGED GPRS 98 AND SMS CARD 31 RS SO HOW IS IT POSSIBLE DEDUCTION AUTOMETICALLY FROM MY ACCOUNT.

PLS SEE THE MATTER.I WANT THE REASON OR BACK 50 RS IN MY BSNL AC.I WILL BE HIGHLY OBLIED IF U SEE THE MATTER.
