NON PROVIDING INSTRUMENT AND LANDLINE GETS OUT OF ORDER
As per schme launched by BSNL I have made advance payment of Landline Telephone along with Broad Band charges (Unlimited use) in December - 2010.
Complaint -1
Landline phone gets out of order often. Generally, on Thursday night/ Friday. On making complaint gets repaired after 4 to 5 days. This is occurs minimum twice in a month.
Complaint -2
Similarly, Broadband connections is also disconnected often, though landline is working.
Complaint - 3
As per scheme of BSNL on advance payment of Telephone for one year, Telephone instrument (with Caller ID facility). I have requested for the same. However, after six months I have not received the instrument,
Recently, phone and Broad band line was not working for 12 Days.
It is requested to provide Instrument and see that my landline phone and Broad Bend internet facility may continue without any interception.
