Hi, i applied for number 9500086485 and first month i got bill as 700, i paid, my credit limit was only 2000rs only suddenly my number is barred and when called customer care the agent told that tools is not working so cant not tel anything why number is barred i went to billing station even they said the same thing i told them if tol is not workingit is airtel problem not my i want clarification ofr why number is barred .same thing happen for i three days then they said it is an unbillrd amount and no detail about what kind of charges . one day i got call from manager from collection he said i have to pay 4000 rs payment towards mobile usage, when asked about charges detail he said late fee and call charges and internet usage, i told i was ready to pay it was bcoz ur tool was not working i could not pay i need late fee waived off he agreed and bcoz my mobile number was barred and i face lot of problem bcoz of that he agreed to waive off 1000 rs out of 4000 i said send me confirmation email he sended me email and i agreed to pay 3000 after i month iam getting email from same manager stateing that i have outstanding of 1270 and i hae to pay or else they will drag me court for this, ihave sended seeral eail to [email protected] but got no response will airtel always fool around customer, if they will not take care fo this i will drag them to court and in will file for big compensation bcoz i have email and recorded call from the same manager so kindl waive off the false charges
