Regarding Value added service

Dear Sir,

My mobile number is 9972087703. I have not subscribed any value added service from my mobile but you had intensely start one service "Airtel udupi blog": and charge Rs. 10 for this and one more service for which you had charge Rs. 1. All these services is no use for me.

When i had tried to complaint about it you costumer service operator is not responding well. his response was very much negative.

I had already send request for DO NOT DISTURB by 20 days ago but till now it is not activated.

Please return my amount as soon as possible.
