Billed us without giving Telephone Services

Dear Sirs,

This is with reference to our Land Line/DSL Connection Telephone No. 011-43709268 situated at 74, shardhanand Marg, Delhi-110006.

Our Telephone suddenly became dead on 21.4.2011. Since then we have been regulairly complaining as per details hereunder.

Despite the above complaints the undersigned kept complaining on a daily basis but the complaint number given to him was always the previous one. The only thing that was conveyed to us that there is a cable fault in our Area and therefore the telephone services will not be active for some more days.

There after lots of complaints were sent through mail to your following e-mail ID. [email protected] and [email protected]. These complaints were written & sent on various dates viz.13th may 30th May, 31st May etc. But espite so many written & telephonic complaints no action was taken by the company to resolve the issue of the dead Phone.

Despite the fact that no service was given to us, all Bills were paid because we were promised by the Airtel officials that credit note for the previous months will be issued due to non working of Telephone.

However since our business was getting effected due to non working of the only DSL connection in our office, we were forced to submit an application to the concerned department for surrender of the said telephone line on 27th June. However we were told to send a written letter in person to your office situated at 224, Okhla Indl. Area, Phase-3 New Delhi. The same was duly received by your office on 04/07.

Last Bill paid by us was on 20/6 through Net Banking Bill No> 695563275 for bill period 23.4.11 to 22.5.2011.

We have been getting calls from your various departments wanting us to pay more money for the telephone which has not worked for even a single day since APRIL. Even today we have received a call from your bill recovery department. We are being forced to enter into a verbal heated argument.

We request you to kindly help us and also stop your staff from calling us on the undersigned's Mobile Phone.
