IS 040-40171359.I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT ON 13 SEPTEMBER ABOUT MY OUTGOING STD FACILITY OF MY LANDLINE PHONE WAS BLOCKED AND I AM UNABLE TO MAKE STD CALLS FROM MY LANDLINE . TILL NOW THAT COMPLAINT HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED . AND ANOTHER ISSUE IS ABOUT MY BILL, I HAVE CHOSEN BILL PLAN OF RENTAL 999 FOR UNLIMITED INTERNET USAGE FROM THE BILLING CYCLE OF 11TH SEP. BUT THE CO. HAS CHARGED ME MORE THAN MY BILL PLAN AS A LIMITED FREE USAGE OF INTERNET AND THEY ARE SENDING ME THE BILL OF TOO MUCH AMOUNT AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS, BOTH THE PROBLEMS ARE NOT SOLVED YET AND NOW THEY ARE ASKING TO PAY THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF BILL THAT IS Rs 5512 FOR TWO MONTHS, ACTUALLY THE BILL SHOULD BE OF MAXIMUM Rs 1299 PER MONTH INCLUDING Rs300 PER MONTH FOR TELEPHONE USAGE.PERHAPS COMPANY IS DOING FALSE COMMITMENTS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND INDULGE IN CHEAT ON CUSTOMERS.METHINKS MY STD FACILITY IS BLOCKED BECAUSE THE CO.HAS OFFERED IN THEIR NEW PLAN, WHICH I HAVE OPTED FOR, IN THE MONTH OF SEP,
THAT I CAN DO ALL OUTGOING CALLS OF WORTH Rs 2000 BY PAYING ONLY Rs300 PER MONTH AND COMPANY DOESN'T WANT TO GIVE OPPORTUNITY TO ME TO DO OUTGOING CALLS OF THIS EXTENT BECAUSE NOBODY CAN MAKE CALLS OF Rs2000 IN A MONTH ON LOCAL CALLS ONLY. WHAT I SHOULD DO? PLEASE SUGGEST ME!
