MNP Issue

Dear Concern,

After getting 100% confirmation from your end, i went a head and re-generated port no and resubmitted my documents in Aircel for the third time

, but the MNP as been rejected again from AirTel for the same reason (third time). i have got same sms again.

(Sms received - "Rejected due to there are subsisting contractual obligation

from

the subscriber agreement")

i had been given a confirmation from appellate Ms. Shilpa that my mobile no as been put in do not reject list, but nothing is working.

I am sorry to mention but its been a worst services given from AirTel regarding my concern towards porting issue.

Kindly let me know the next step to get my issue resolved.
