Dear Sir
I am a user of an airtel prepaid SIM with no 9002227931. For the last few days it is showing INVALID SIM. On asking the operator they say that since I have not used it for some time they have disconnected the line and they will issue a same number SIM to somebody else after some days. My question to them was
1) How could they disconnect a prepaid SIM with balance in it without informing the owner.
2) If they have disconnected the SIM from my name then they have to give me in writing that the SIM has been disconnected from my name, as all my documents are with them against the SIM, w hich I had submitted to them when the SIM was issued.
I would therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful Sir.
