Unsatisfactory customer service

I am your loyal customer using prepaid card from past 5 years and above, but i am facing some network problems from past few months for which i have already complaint in customer care centre. But your customer care are not able to solve my problem and on the top of that they are using slang langauge and giving back answer, puting my call on hold for more than half an hour.
