Not giving the deposit money back

When I was in mumbai, I had taken reliance fixed phone connection and paid 3, 500/= as the security deposit. My telephone number was 022-32522178. I used the phone for 2 years. I surrendered the phone 3 months before leaving mumbai (on 26th jan). I was told by the reliance support person then that I would receive my deposit money in 2 months time. I did not receive deposit money as long as I was in mumbai (ie 3 months after surrendering the phone). After I came to bangalore I've written at least 100 mails to reliance customer support team regarding this, (my request id is:51220312) every time they reply back saying that they would respond in 3 working days but the truth is their 3 working days never comes for them and they don't respond at all. I am asking my own money for last 5 months. It is hard earned money. Why reliance communications such a big organization is eating customer's money. I just want to know if any one ever got their deposit money back from reliance communications, if yes, please let me know how much time they have taken to return the deposit money 6 months or 1 year.
