I have booked a wire phone with reliance company in chandigarh on 16th oct. 2007. Phone was booked by representative of reliance company with the promissed that the phone will be installed with in 5 days, but the same is not installed till date inspite of several requests even before top management. the manager Harpreet in chandigarh said staff is not under my control and top management donot care about. I contacted every low level staff they all said nobody will care beacuse the money is invested of public not of Mr. Ambani. Realy found the true as i have also registered a complaint in custmercare of reliance but nobody bother. The company is still creaping in the phone line inspite of offering UNLIMTED FREE CALLS, due to such a bad service and irresponsible staff. the phone nos of chandigarh office are 01723031766, 01723031724, 09356919293, 09357777000 i am sure they will never picked their phones. they are enjoying in the company office without any work as i have seen all while my visit in their office.
